    What are the best free codecs to use to create excellent quality VCDS and SVCDS?

    Can you have Dolby Surroundsound on VCDS and SVCDS?

    I dont know how great the quality will be since Im new to this and I pretty much stick to the documentations on this site, but I do know that you can find the codec (most if not all of them) in the downloads section.

    Dont skip on reading the documentation for them as they will save you headaches in the future.
