1. Copy the VFAPI file in your DVD2Avi directory into your TMPGEnc directory.
2. Go into TMPGEnc's environmental settings and raise the priority of this DVD2Avi VFAPI.
3. Open the .d2v file as your video source.
4. Encode! -
ok for some reason i cant find the vpafi file anywhere, the site for dvd2avi file is down, i do have the file but i dont have the plug-in to get it, i was wondering where else i could find the file?

Just change the menu to "All Files" and choose the d2v file - that should work.

in tmpgenc, go to options, global settings. click on the "Vfapi plugins" tab, and see if there's a plugin called "Dvd2avi project file reader xxx". if you can't open d2vs, it's probably not. do a search on your comp for the file dvd2avi.vfp. move that into your tmpgenc dir, run a little install.bat file, and you should be good to go.
