  1. Alright mateys, lookie here.

    Assume that I have a particular AVI file which I have extracted from my DV Cam recording. However, due to some copyright protection limitations, the AVI file which I have extracted is completely dumb.. Or rather, mute without any sound.

    Fortunately, I've managed to extract the audio that should have complemented the video into a wave file (courtesy of Total Recorder) and now I'm trying to merge the wave audio with the AVI so as to achieve an end-product which I can burn into a VCD.

    I was wondering what processes and software would you all recommend in order to achieve this? Would appreciate some enlightening advice indeed, and thanks a lot beforehand ^^

  2. If the end-product is a VCD then you can use TMPGEnc and
    load your DV file and Wav file. Then encode it directly to VCD.

    Almost any video editing program can do that. For what you're describing, Adobe Premiere works great.
