    what tools would i need to capture whats going on on my monitor? i ask because i want to make a video tutorial explaining how to make some stuff in 3dstudio, downloadable in quicktime so they can see my mouse moving around

    Windows Media Encoder is free, but, then again it wont capture to avi.
