Converting a DivX to SVCD with TMPGEnc

Hello

I need some help with converting a DivX-movie to SVCD with TMPGEnc. I know the basic and I´ve made one movie with the wizard but I understand that you can do a lot more with the program.
I want to have the movie in PAL-format, but I don´t know which format I should use 4:3 625 Line PAL (704*576), 4:3 625 Line PAL, 16:9 625 Line PAL or 16:9 Display.
What settings is the best?
Is there any good guideor FAQ for this program that I´ve missed?

For best results you should maintain the framerate, ie only use a PAL template if the source is 25fps. Also, for DivX the source aspect ratio should be 1:1(VGA).
