I have a great slideshow program "Kai's Power Show" that I use to create slide shows. The transitions are great and I would like to port the output of the slide show to SVCD. Is there a way to do it with or without a capture card?

Does the program have an output to AVI file option? If so create an AVI at 480x480 resolution then encode to SVCD MPEG2 with TMPGenc or other encoder. Then burn the MPEG with a burning program like Nero.
Otherwise you'll have to look for a screen capture program but the results on these isn't usually so good.Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin'
