    hi,i know its possible to alter picture/resolution in tmpgenc.i am donloading film in 288x208,and was woundering would there be a significant drop in picture quality if i alter in the settings.thanks ian

    Resizing a 288x208 video to any standard S/VCD resolution such as 352x288 will undoubtedly produce artifacts.

    Saying that, a 288x208 video is going to look pretty rubbish whatever you do .
