I suck at this......im a dumbass when it comes to VCDs

well, ok, here is my stupid question, i did the how-tos thing, i used TMPGenc and now im burning, but do i have to rename the file before putting it in the CD-rw, for example: if i put a folder in called CD1 and inside it is the first part of the movie and then i get anothe cd-rw and put a folder called CD2 with the second part of the movie, is this right?
