    is it possible to watch home video from mini dv camcorder burned on a dvd burner? DVD player is Panasonic RV 31. What format is the best and what burner is apropreate?

    You need a PC or Mac with DVD-R (or DVD+R) burner. You also need video capture and editing/burning software. It may or may not come with the drive/computer.
