When I was experimenting with DVD editing about a year ago, I had a utility program that would split up (demux?) a DVD program stream (vob). It broke up the program stream into individual chapters. I ended up with a bunch of mpeg-2 videos and ythe same number of still pictures with sound clips. I guess that the still picture+sound clip is the chapter entry point within the program stream. Anyway, I think that breaking apart the program stream will make it easier to edit the actual mpeg-2 video. Editing the origional DVD video is what I want to do.
I cannot find this utility again. What is the name of a program that will do this? Is there a guide for it?
Thanks
