I have ripped a dvd (1 h 48 min) to mpeg-2 in several mpeg-files. Than I made 1 bin/cue files of the mpeg-files with VCDimager. At the end I burned the bin/cue with cdrwin to a cdr. The result is perfect. But there is one problem: it is nog possible to use chapters or jump forward or backward in the svcd-movie. Now I'm searching a method to solve this problem.
For example: rip the movie with dvdx, using chapterXtractor for the chapters and then vcdeasy to make a bin/cue file.
When I rip the movie: must I create 1 single and great mpeg-file or is it still possible to make a few (3) smaller mpeg-files and afterwards do something with the chapters. The result must fit on 2 or 3 cd-r (80 min).
Is there another way and are there tutorials available ?
