Capture with AIW Radeon

I am trying to capture my first video with my new AIW Radeon card. I have followed the instructions found on this pagehttp://www.vcdhelp.com/capture.htm, however, when I try to import the video clip into Video Factory 2.0 there is an error message saying "the requested plug-in does not have the necessary features unlocked." Is there something I"m doing wrong or is there better software. I am able to watch my video but not edit it or burn it. Thanks

p3 866 w/ 512 MB RAM (thats my Media Box not my main computer )

Run the TV AP
choose channel
Close tv ap
Run Vdub
Choose Codec
change video size
change frame rate
change audio
Capture

---> Captured AVI -> Tmpgenc -> VCD/SVCD
