    I get the preview perfectly but when I check the capture file, it is a black screen with the sound only! Did I do something wrong?
    Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.

    I should add that I was capturing without compression with VirtualDub. My file was like 18GB for 1 hour. I thought it would be fine as I could see the video playing correctly.
    Then, before I used TMPGEnc, I wanted to check if everything was fine but I got a black screen with only the sound.
    Please help if you know what was the problem.
