    ...Nero. It is the DVD rip of Joh Q. The video is outstanding BUT the audio disappears after about 1 minute. In the original avi the audio is intact. But in the coversion it disappears. I tried it first with TMPEGenc then Nero..any suggestions?

    its the setting for sond and no video, bot maybe u try the settings with other values?
