Hi.
I just Downloaded a .avi divx movie. This is the first movie I have downloaded. I opened it up in windows media player, and the first thing I noticed was that the sound out of sync with the video. Like I would hear the character talking, and then his lips start moving. Can I fix this problem? or no.

Your problem is fixable. Open the file in VirtualDub then export (save) it again with a set time delay in the audio track. (in milliseconds)
Now if you have no idea and i have confused you , just go rent the damm thing and save yourself a lot of frustration.
Option : try another divX player.
Is your machine up for the decoding task? My old 266mmx occassionally 'stuttered' and got audio out of sync. A PII 400 or better is preferred.
