    HI i'm looking to make dvd's using old VHS tapes and with my digital camera i want to know the difference between the DVD-R & DVD+R and DVD Rom as far as i understand DVD Rom is just like a back hard drive you can ONLY copy files to it and it only can be used in that drive, Please Help thanks Guy!

    Then do a general internet search and you'll find plenty of information.
