    I get a


    One or more files could not be imported:
    Could not complete the last command because: Stream requested doies not exist (DVDErr, -19803)

    I get this error message when trying to import an mpeg made in Pinacle to Sonic DVD. I want to make amy mpeg into a vcd using this one I made in Pinacle.

    I can burn a vcd using an mpeg that was created with MMC but it looks like S***! Any suggestions on what this error can be and how to make a better VCD with MMC.

    OR should I go the long route and make one using virtual Dub and TMPEG?

    I'm not certain on your error but I believe Studio creates first a "preview" stream which is basicaly pointers to the original video source. It sounds like Studio needs to create or "produce" the clip for encoding. Just a guess.

    To make real-time XVCD with MMC, I suggest a bitrate around 1400, VBR, but this will vary with your equipment. Real-time VCD keeps getting better as I upgrade CPU, but its not there yet with a 1700XP.
