Thnx

How can I match 2 seperate .srt files and make it 1 file??

SubStationAlpha is probably the best tool to edit subtitles in text format.
Convert *.srt to *.ssa with Subresync (vobsub) or SRT2SSA.
Open the 1st script in SSA, select the line where you want to insert the 2nd script, press FILE > Insert script. Load the audio (8 bit, mono) too, preview and adjust the times if necessary. (timing > shift times). Then save the *.ssa and convert back to *srt with subresync.
