    I have created a SVCD mpeg 2 file with 23.976 fps. Nero says that the frame rate is not a standard. Is there a way to get it to burn at that frame rate or do i have to encode it again at 29.97 fps?

    I tried putting a mpeg with 23.976 framrate on an SVCD with Nero and it worked fine. You might want to try getting a new version o f Nero. Mine is 5.5.7.8
