converting my spiderman avi in tgmpenc

im having trouble converting my spiderman avi. whenever i try to convert it it says it cant do it. i think cuz its 12fps, but im not sure. i didnt want to post but ive tried all i can. im still new to the program. heres my specs:
avi
352x288
12fps
44kbs

i think im not doing something important, because ive successfully done conversions before, but the frame rates have all matched up.

Sounds like you haven't got a proper copy. there's a lot of Sado's
distributing stuff which isn't the real thing. You will get that on Kazaa
or groxster, if you want to backup DVDs or the latest films, you will
need to buy it or get some new mates! If you are in the UK I can post
a VCD copy if you have got anything in return.

Why don't you download spider-man from Mirc? It's fast and has better quality movies.
