what do i do with this? i have the newest ver. of divx installed i can watch this but cant convert is it b/c i dont have the others versions for divx installed? i want to convert it to mpg. Thanks.

When posting you need to try to supply as much info as possible. Did you get an error? What steps did you follow in the conversion process. What are you converting too? DVD? VCD? SVCD? Since your subject is 15fps I can only assume that you cannot convert because your source is only 15fps. If this is true then watch the movie on your PC because converting it will be a waste of time. I would supply more info but I can't be sure if this is even your problem.
