Why do I need to make a bin file?

I was looking through different programs to use to burn VCDs besides Nero, and for VCDImagerGUI it says I need to make a bin or something. I've never had to do this with Nero before, and when I went to http://www.vcdhelp.com/burnbin.htm but it didn't show how to burn a bin for this specific program.

What is a bin? How do I make one for VCDImagerGUI? Do I need it?

.CUE and .Bin are Image Files for CD's. To burn a .cue/.bin .toc files use cdrdao. Just download vcdeasy and go under tools>cdrdao and open the .cue/.bin image for burning and hit burn...
