    When you get a DivX AVI file and convert to mpg 4 a VCD it seems blocky and blurry

    Is there a way to clean this up.

    I know some of the frames have been removed but can they be added back

    Please advise

    How are you doing it?

    Garbage in - garbage out. If your source looks good you can get a decent conversion if you do it correctly.
