You can try this method:
http://www.flexion.org/video/DVDConv/DVD2AVI/index.html
or

What problems are you having??
Firstly, did you rip with SmartRipper? If so, did you rip in "File Mode" rather than the default "Movie Mode"?
Flask has its own IFO parser so you don't need the IFO parser ("Movie Mode") in SmartRipper. Alternatively, the best ripper to use with FlaskMPEG is DVD Decrypter.

When you use DVD2AVi try switching the audio track to number 2 or 3. I gave up on subs this might help you.

The problem i'm having with flaskMpeg is that when it reaches 100% of conversion it gives me a message that "FlaskMpeg caused an error at unknown" allthough the output file is ok!!!

So what's the problem with the output file is fine??
You are using FlaskMPEG 0.6 right? This is a bit more buggy than v0.594 but in my experience, it's quite a bit faster. As long as it doesn't hang at the beginning or worse, half way through encoding, it should be fine.

Ok.! USed FlaskMpeg 0594 and works much much better than 0.6 preview.
I'll experiment now and hope not to have any other troubles.
Thanks for help..
