Things are getting more interesting now.

It would be so nice if there were such a capture software that could skip commericals during capturing but there will never be such a program.

It is too time consuming to reencode the whole captured and edited video clip but thats life

from the original post question, which was a software to accurately remove commercials, I use powervcrII. I edit down to the frame commercials out of Star Trek all the time with no issues [/quote]

macleod, I would like to re-install PowerVCR but the program has audio bug. I did install the patch file but that did not solve the audio problem for TV Wonder users like me.

In myflix 3.0, you create an edit list with the different segments you want and then create the edited show. There isn't a need to save every segment. The download should be available at their website.[/quote]
