I'm trying to convert an SCVD mpeg 2 movie to a vcd the header trick that allows a stand alone DVD Player to play it with same quality as an SVCD

I get same message in different programs Invalid mpeg format or illegal format. Have tried Dvd2avi, TMPGEnc, VCDGear they all give me the same error message illegal or invalid mpeg.

I have installed all the dvx codec Nimo and another all of them to no avail.

The mpg2 movie has been extracted with WinISO from a bin cue file and saved to my hard drive. Can these programs process an mpg2 file from an SCVD directly
