i'm trying to save the audio from a avi file using virtual dub to extract it,i use full processing mode and try to save but i get an error in part
"the requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format, check the sampling rate and channel count of the input match those of the requested format. which all seems to match as far as possible in audio tab-conversion tab.i've also tried avi audio decompressor but it won't load.
its in ac3-digital,the bitrate is 438kbits,channels 5 surround and sample rate is 48,000hz. any ideas how to do this to wav?

You do it by looking in the convert section.
