I finished converting a MPEG-2 clip to MPEG-1 using TMPGENC and the last 5 minutes of the MPEG-1 is frozen, but the audio still plays. The clip is only 44 mins 50 secs long and I made the MPEG-1 at a data rate of 2000 KBs and the file size came at 713 MBs at the pixel size of 320x240.
Why is the video frozen? I still have plenty of HD space to spare.
Did I do anything wrong? I'm still a newbie to this stuff, so I can't think of any obvious reasons as to why this happened.
