When i try to put my data file movie back onto my hard disk ..it won't becaus eit is a read-only file, when i try right clicking , and properties try to remove the read-only attribute it doesn't do it ..it says error: can not remove read-only attribute or rename the file or soemthing...what do i do>> iv tried some suggestions on my past post and coulnt undertaaaaaand some...when i go to sdtart and RUN...and try typing CMD..it says invalid.

    ??? please help..most of data mpovie files dont do this but soem do??

  2. also all my data file movie says it is read-only but MOST OF THEM STILL copy on to my hard disk easyily in 5 mins??? the others says 10 then 15 then 30 and then the error message pops up...whats the hell is going on??

    start-->run-->COMMAND
    then you can go into the directory with your files and type:
    attrib -r *.*

    that should do the trick

    and i tryied alot of diff stuff too but wehy wont it freakin work>>

  5. start --> run type command for preME(cmd for NT, 2000pro, XP)

    cd the drive to the folder where the file is. then type attrib *.* -r /s
    and that should remove the read only attributes of everything in the folder.
