dvd-r don't play at all

i have make a rip of a dvd , this are the steps i make

1) rip the whol dvd to harddisk
2) use IFOedit to strip some Audio tracks and menu's
3 ) rempeg the movie
4) join the new M2v file in to the VOB's
5) testing the result ok
6) open the VIDEO_TS.IFO again with IFOedit en press the
get VST sectors
7) test it again with the build in player from IFOedit and Powerdvd
in harrdisk mode .... al work fine
no burn the Whole MAP VIDEO_TS to a DVD-r
9) give the disc a name and so on
10) playing the disc on my stand-alone player NOPE
11) playing the disc with power dvd NOPE

when i look with explore the disc looks the same as the folder i bunrned
the disc have a name and the MAP is in UPPER-CASE !!!

the recorer i used is PIONEER A03
the burning software is NERO 5.5.7.8 and have tried PRIMODVD
but NO results ?? (even in my DVD-ROM (DVD-R in reading mode))


what can go wrong ???

this is my firts time making form a DVD-9 a DVD-5
before i have make a GOOD DVD with nero (DVD-5 TO DVD-5)
without rempeg

the only thing i have NOT tried is the 6th option
but with the DVD-5 to DVD-5 i don't use it either
