Hi all,
I've recently purchased the Pioneer DV-47A. Very pleased
with it, plays MP3, DVD-R, DVD-audio, and even SACD.
I also tried out VCD, and it works fine. I tried a SVCD
borrowed from a friend, just to see how many formats the
player could support, and to my dismay, the sound came
on, but the picture skipped continuously.
Anyone else have any experiences with the DV-47A?

My Pioneer DV-47A plays some SVCD disks OK and has video skipping problems with others . I would love to know what the problem is.
