I own a Hauppauge WinTV DVB-s Board (The new Name is Nexus). If the Video-Stream is saved to Disk i have tried to convert it to SVCD, but i will not work.
Nero says it needs audio in 44 Khz but the stream is 48Khz. Tmpeg crashes when i try to load the stream.
The Only Programm that will work on it ist DVDx 2.0 but it take to much time because it works on the whole Video not only the Audio stream.
Did anyone has experiences with DVB-s streams?
Thank you very much!![]()

Could you not use DVD2AVI to frameserve the MPEG2 file and downsample the audio to 44.1 and then encode to SVCD standards with TMPGenc? Just treat your captured stream as a DVD file.
