I might get a new CD-R this week (Buslink 32/12/40, $34.99 after rebate @ BestBuy). From what I've read in this forum, this burner supports 90-minute CD's. I am unfamiliar with these, so have a few questions.
1) Where can I buy 90-minute blanks, and are they much more expensive then 80-min? I've never seen them at local stores (never looked really), plus I enjoy getting 50-packs for $0-$5 after rebates!
2) I've read that if I enable overburning on Nero, I can burn 99-minutes. Is this correct? Anyone know what the actual size is in MB? (for entering into DVD2SVCD)
3) Does your average standalone DVD player or boombox/stereo support reading 90/99min cd's? I have an Apex AD-660.
Thanks!

I bought my 99 min discs on line in the uk, worked out at about 35 pence each. The amount you can burn on them depends on your burner, if you are buying from a reputable source they should be able to supply you with a burner compatability list. My burner Is supposed to be able to burn upto 89:59, but will burn upto 92:15, however my pioneer DVD player will only play upto just over 88 mins then gets stuck in a loop.
