Are you losing frames and audio out of synch?

Try lowering colors to 16bit and reducing the refresh rate of your videocard.
Control Panel>Display>Settings(16 bit color)>Advanced>adapter(reduce
refreshrate until you see flickering then up one).
It worked for me.
