  1. Hello!
I checked the guide "How to burn VCD using NERO" in the sidebar. Its great but its just one thing that I donīt understand (dumb me), It says:
"2. Select PAL or NTSC depending what format your source MPEG is in."
How do I know what format it is? Thats the ONLY thing that I donīt understand.... Help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

Canada and the US and ? use the NTSC TV standard. Europe, I'm told, is PAL. Where do you live?

    Hi,

If the above link doesn't help you, try phoning a local TV station or asking at a TV store or commercial AV store. Somewhere locally you should find someone who knows your TV standard.

I'm sure you've noted that statistically speaking, the prime cause of death is living. After all, 100% of the living have died.

very simple and small program available called Mpegprop, download and install. Once done you run the program and drag and drop your mpeg files into it and it gives you all the info available for that mpeg file. Resolution, pal or ntsc, size, audio etc.
    A must have for converters.

Play the mpeg in media player and look at the "file properties"
    If it's 352X240 then it's NTSC, if it's 352X288 then it's PAL
