Is it possible to burn an audio CD from a concert DVD? If so, how? Thanks for any help you can give.

Either rip the DVD to a HD, then use DVD2AVI to strip out the audio, or use your ripper to just rip the audio.
Load the .AC3 file into HeadAC3e, and convert to .WAV AND down convert the audio to 44.1ksps. This will give you one huge .WAV file that any audio editing program will accept. Cut away all the fluff and edit into separate files to your hearts content. -
Yes, there are several ways. If every song is a seperate chapter you can rip by chapters. Or you convert the audio to a huge wav and split it into several small files as SLK001 mentioned above or you just take the huge wav file, write a cuesheet and set entrypoints manually. The advantage of this method is, that you get rid of the pause between the tracks. Then load the *.cue into CDRWin and burn.
The most important tool is the AC3 decoder. Azid is one of the best decoders. BeSWeet and HeadAC3he work with azid too. Audio-CD requires 44100 Hz audio, so you have to downsample as well. You may use SSRC or your favorite audio editor.
