Converting *.DAT to anything ?????

All my VCD files are in *.DAT format and I want to convert to something that i can use to joinf 2 disk films and burn them onto DVD (so son 1ca play on ps2)

VCD dat is a mpg format, just change the extension and go on

Changing the extension is not the only thing you should do. Either run the dat through VCDGear, or multiplex the mpg after changing the name, using TMPGenc's mpeg tools (VCD option)
