I was wondering how to burn a bin with nero without having boarders and keeping aspect ratio so people don't look like aliens. I use nero and I know you can just use burn image to do that, but the boarders on some movies take up half of the t.v. screan and looks horrible. How can I convert this to full screan?

This is not a problem with the burning of the bin, it is with the original mpeg files that were used to create the bin. Best solution is to get a better resolution verion of the file and encode it using say TMPGEnc. Otherwise you could extract the mpeg files from the bin (using either VCDGear from www.vcdgear.com or CDMage, see links). Then you can reencode (and take a slight quality hit). When reencoding you can trim the black borders and resize to fill the entire screen.
