I have been able to burn DVD's for a while now and all goes great except for some slight pixles here and there and from time to time the video will "freeze" for about 3-5 seconds. it seems to get worse toward the end of the DVD.
I capture at 9000K variable bit with dazzle. Usually merge five 22 minutes clips with banners. So the file I produce and pull into workshop is anywhere from 3.5 to 4.2 gigs.
In Workshop I set my chapter points, create my menu, choose motion menu and burn. I am using Verbatim DVD-R's.
I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and had any suggestion. I have tried it on several DVD players and get the same result.

I have seen this kind of problem with cheap unbranded DVD-r media, though that is not the case here.
Other than that, your bitrate looks a bit high, try reducing it to 8000k.
