    Please help!!!

    I want to convert my.divx files to .avi files? Can i do that with Virtualdub? How? Or do I need some other program??

    Um... I'm pretty sure that Divx is an .avi format file... Divx is an .avi codec. And yes with VD you can convert it to an .avi file that uses a different codec.

    But like I;ve said above, a DivX file is an .avi file.

    I believe .divx is the same as .avi, just different extension. Try renaming it to .avi and playing it, if I'm not totally stupid it should work.

    If I do turn out to be stupid, please somebody shoot me in the head before I have kids....
