    I saw a capping card once and can find it anymore, was a pci card, it had fullscreen (720x480) ntsc with mpeg 1-2 hardware encoder
    cable in (antenna analog cable in), video and sound was encode by the card, no external video card required,
    anybody know this card or know a card with same specs ?

    no cable rf in, not audio and video encoder, requires external audio card to output to this audio card, not the good one, thanx anyway
