I captures a VHS tape to my hard drive in DV format, and then produced an Mpeg1 file in Videowave 4.
The filesize was a little too big, so I used TMPGENC to cut it down to size.
Now the video and audio get out of sync as the movie plays.
Is there an easy way to fix this? Should I just re-encode the file?
Also, there is a loud and annoying feedback buzz every once in a while on the audio. Anyone know what that is?
Thanks.
