OK, this is indeed a strange problem.
I've just transferred a lot of cartoons to MPEG-2 SVCD format.
I've tried burning with Nero [latest version] with a variety of different settings, but everything on the CD seems to be corrupted in some way. Nothing will read it. When I try to copy the MPEG2 folder from the CD to my hard drive, it fails. This is extremely annoying and frustrating, as I'm stuck to what could be the problem and solution.

When I was putting the MPEG2 files together, I had to capture in segments and join the MPEG2 files at the last minute. Nero tells me that the length of the file is the length of the first segment, which leads me closer to the problem - is there some sort of problem with the table of contents track? And if so, how do I correct the files?

    Thanks for your time.

Nothing, sorry. It is possible for a message to be posted at a peak time and get lost among others however, so with that in mind I thought it would be OK to allow the message to appear for one more time to help me and others who perhaps have this problem.
