tmpgenc keeps freezing

i downloaded everything vcdhelp said to. i converted movie sound to wav file. then i start tmpgenc encodeing, it freezes between 37%-40%.
(note this is my first transfer to vcd.)

you probably have an error on your file.tmpg will stop encoding when this happens. you can either try to fix the file(look under repair tools in the tool section)or try downloading the file again
