    Is it possible to create a VCD or SVCD with an animated menu and with music like most DVD's use?
    I cannot find any possibilities for this in NERO!

    I do it using Easy CD Creator by following the guideline found at the HOW TO section of this site (How to make VCD or SVCD with Menus, Chapters and Entrypoints). There are guidelines for Nero 5.5 too.

    In my experience, I created a 10 second MPEG and put title (to be served as menu items) on it using Premiere. This MPEG is repeated in endless loop until you key-in the menu number.
