I'm trying to cut a segment from an MPEG2 file taken from an SVCD image, but it seems TMPGEnc MPEG-Tools doesn't like it at all.
Upon selecting the file in Merge & Cut, and choosing Edit TMPG stall for a while and then gives me the following error:
Any tips?
