  1. Hi. I have the LSX MPEG Suite 2.0. I've tried both the standalone encoder and the premier plugin using Adobe Premier 6.0 but every time I try to export a movie(avi format) to an svcd file it says "unsupported audio format" and tells me that I need to use PCM audio without compression. The next error message box says that I may not have the right codec. However, tmpgen seems to be encoding the same avi's right now although somewhat slower and not integrated with Premier as I'd like. All of these avi's were captured using Premier on various video settings from 4:3 to 16:9 and 48khz uncompressed audio over firewire from a Sony TRV27 minidv camcorder . Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Yes as the error message says you are not exporting the audio un-compressed.
Ligos has this stupid requirement of only accepting un-compressed audio, you could try changing the the project settings to un-compressed. TMPEnc and most other encoders don't have this problem

  3. My project settings indicate 48k uncompressed. In fact, the drop down to change the compression/compressor settings is greyed out. It is fixed on uncompressed. That's my problem. Everything on the Adobe end indicates an uncompressed audio format avi. Any suggestions?
