Hey everyone, it's been a long time since i been on here but really dont have a lot of time anymore.
Anyways. I've got a lot of knowledge to share and some new questions.
Here is the question for this topic-
I have a Geforce 4 Ti4600 vid card and when i tv out a video to the vcr, i record it ok. Well, when u play it back on any other vcr other than the one from which it was recorded on, the playback jumps vertically a lot in 5 sec intervals. However, when it is recorded on SP it does not do this, only on EP.
Visiontek told me it is because the tape on SP is spinning so fast it can fix that problem., but what about this-
IF a tape is recorded on EP then re-recorded over everything, when played back, it does not jump anymore.
Any known suggestions?
Oh and PS- Shout out to Kwag for his gop structure, it's the best thing i have seen yet.

When you put in a new tape, wind it fast forward to the end, then re-wind, this will adjust the tension to suite your machine.
If the recording works fine on yours, but problems on others, this could mean your heads are out of alignment to the "Standard" which makes no difference on your machine, but there may be tracking problems on others.
