    I've got a major prob!
    I downloaded Black Hawk Down from KAzaa. And im trying to burn it as a VCD!
    Its Avi wit 14 FPS!
    I tried using TMPGenc, but hwen i try loading it it sayd its unsupportable!
    I also tried Nero 5 but tat didnt work. Can any one give me a step by step instruction to do this! thanks!

    First off answer the questions that MaDmiZe asked and then we can help more.

    Did you adjust he direct show vfpi plugin on tmpgenc?

    For future refrence try downloading a dvd rip of a movie.
    At 14 fps it sounds like its a cam or taped screen.

    Here use this for a step by step guide http://www.vcdhelp.com/divxtovcd.htm. I use nero instead of vcd easy
    It is the first guide under convert (on left of screen)
