    Any rolling of eyes should be at you. RMs can not be loaded into TMPGEnc.

    Download EO Video, it can convert your RM to AVI in any codec (use uncompressed or Huffyuv) then load that AVI into TMPGEnc. EO has a trial version out, but for free you can use TRINA (something like that). TINRA is located in the download section of this webpage. I had more luck with EO Video though.
